About the role

We are seeking a highly talented, passionate and goal-driven professional to join our eProcurement team based in Cambridge, UK. This role will help drive automation across our Customer Mission Operations team and provide eProcurement integration solutions to our customers.

Customer digital integration is a core pillar of our 3 year strategy to develop closer more elegant more efficient channels for our customers to order products from our portfolio.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Manage incoming requests for new electronic catalogue, e-invoicing and purchase order integrations.
- Complete new integrations working collaboratively with our customers as well as account managers and eProcurement platforms such as Ariba or Science Warehouse.
- Engage with our external partner for XML and Punchout integrations for new projects.
- Handle all administration work for existing eProcurement customers to maintain solution and keep data up to date. This includes updating electronic catalogues on a regular basis as well as responding to ad-hoc queries from ePro customers.
- Identify and work on resolving technical inconsistencies with the wider team (Digital) to support continuous improvement of Abcam’s technical capabilities.
- Work with sales and marketing to maximize the uptake of eProcurement solutions.
- Assist with eProcurement impact analysis and ROI, individual account review, and ensuring customer needs are met post enablement
- Keeping track of enabled customers and their individual integration setup

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with in-depth Excel skills including Vlookups being essential
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Sales Cloud (or other CRM systems), Tableau
- Demonstrated ability for problem prevention, detection and resolution
- Collaborative as well as independent with strong attention for detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Commercial awareness
- Shows resilience and a pro-active work approach
- General understanding of eProcurement and B2B environment
