About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Executive Culinary Specialist to join our catering team at BLW Recruitment LTD. As a key player in our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute special events and menus
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong culinary background and experience in kitchen management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work creatively and think on your feet
