Brook Street have a great opportunity for a Store Manager/Shop Manager to join their welcoming team in Market Harborough.

You will be taking full ownership of the store, providing excellent management to the team and helping with growth of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your Store/Retail Management career to the next level. Working for a passionate charity with a dedicated team that love and care for their work.

Full training is provided, and the company will support you on your new exciting journey.

Working week: 35 hours, 5 days, Sundays may be required

**Salary**: £21,500 per annum

What you will be doing:

- Managing assistant managers, paid and unpaid staff
- Monitoring store growth and using innovative ideas to drive the shop forward
- Maximising sales online and offline
- Prioritising tasks in a busy environment
- Planning P&L and budgeting to ensure targets are met

Skills / Experience:

- Management/leadership skills
- Retail experience
- Excellent customer service
- Flexible
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Prepared to be hands on
- Strong and open minded individual
- P&L and Budgeting experience essential
