- Work within the site Manufacturing Performance Excellence team to develop Capability of site teams and functions. Help develop and deliver strategies to establish and maintain performance across multiple technologies and products within the packaging halls.
**Responsibilities**- Direct line management for a team of 2 Site Specialists- Liaise with OEM and MOS to improve machine & line performance- Define and execute the site strategy for IPS internal auditing standards- Identify and execute strategic workstreams to return productivity and improve QCDM compliance, through skills development- Lead coaching of Front Line Teams in SIC and daily meetings within the QCDM process- Lead coaching of Front Line Teams and support within Problem Solving Groups to resolve performance issues with the production area- Work within the- Manufacturing Performance Excellence team to deliver site must win battles-
- Design engaging, effective and technically competent training packages to ensure a safe, trained and capable workforce- Control and continually improve Site Standard Operating procedures and Safe Working Practices, working with feedback from site training team, Shift leadership team, Business Unit Expert Trainers and other relevant stakeholders to achieve standardised documents
