EV Packaging & Compliance Lead

Contechs Consulting is seeking an experienced EV Packaging & Compliance Lead to join our team in Whitley, CV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance readiness of our global supply chain operations for the transition to electrification at volume.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Defining requirements and performing gap analysis, reviewing, and communicating standards
  • Guiding and assessing global operational teams
  • Own the process and governance of logistics quality and compliance work streams
  • Liaising with regional analysts to implement across the global footprint
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience of battery/lithium-ion technology and regulations, or international logistics regulations and compliance
  • Automotive or similar industry experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into concise process communications
