Café Supervisor

THE ROLE

The role as Cafe Supervisor is to work in a team of fellow managers, chefs and assistants.

This is a hands on role so experience in Coffee making or food preparation is essential

Assisting the other managers and fellow colleagues in opening/closing, cashing up, placing orders, making coffees, serving customers, and ensuring our customers get the best possible experience and the best food and drink.

Being a country park which is open 364 days a year weekends and bank holidays are part of the role. Working alternate weekends.

We are looking for our Supervisor to have great people management skills, approachability and must understand the importance of exceptional customer service.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
