About Your Role at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming residents, explaining menu options, and serving food from the kitchen with a smile.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Supporting dining operations, including the Private Dining Room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro, and special events as required.
  • Handling resident complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • A flexible schedule with shift times between 07.00 and 18.00, including alternate weekends.
  • Part-time hours per week, including 24 hours in Food and Beverage and 7.5 hours every fortnight as a Kitchen Assistant.
  • Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service.
