With significant experience of delivering training to professional audiences and workshops pupils, and a background in education, our consultants will research, develop, design (redesign) and deliver safeguarding programmes to a diverse audience.
Demonstrating a robust knowledge of safeguarding within an Education environment is essential.
Much of the work we undertake is as a result of referrals, so you will be expected to engage with your audience when presenting and build professional relationships with our clients and identify opportunities for additional work.
Our delivery is both face-to-face and live virtual, which will include travel on a regional basis and occasional evening and weekend working for which time off in lieu will be granted.
We are Education Child Protection, a specialist child protection and safeguarding training company working with organisations across all sectors who come into contact with children, young people, families and adults at risk.
