Our products and services include Building Fabric Manuals, Mechanical and Electrical O&M Manuals, Health & Safety Files, Building User Guides, Building Log Books, Asset Registers, Fire Manuals and Tenant Manuals.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Building User Guide Document Controller with a proven track record in the production of Building User Guides and/or Mechanical & Electrical Services Manuals.

For this role, you will:

- Have a good understanding of Building Mechanical and Electrical Services and how these systems work.
- Travel to sites throughout the UK to take photographs for inclusion in Building User Guides & Tenant Manuals.
- Be capable of working unsupervised to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Tenacious approach to achieving targets.
- Great attention to detail.

This position is most suited to those with a Technical background, qualified to HND or Degree level, however, it may also be suitable to those with Mechanical and Electrical trade backgrounds.

The salary range is £28,000 to £35,000 depending on knowledge and experience.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
