Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity
- Organize and categorize documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
- Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
- Review and verify the accuracy of all documentation before distribution
- Track and monitor document revisions, updates, and approvals
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile necessary documents
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Provide support to project teams by retrieving requested documents in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a document controller preferably in the electronics industry but not essential
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
