**Experienced Support Worker (Female*) Required in Woodford Green**

**Part-time hours available**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to join a team to care for a lovely 11-year-old girl who has cerebral palsy. You will be required to drive the wheelchair accessible vehicle.

The position is for the following hours, however, there may be opportunity for additional hours.

**Shifts available**:

- Sunday
- 6am-12pm (additional hours up to 4pm available periodically)
- Monday
- 7am-1pm
- Friday
- 10am-9pm

More hours available in school holidays.

**Pay Rates**:

- £15 per hour Monday-Friday
- £17 per hour Saturday & Sunday

**You need**:

- a full, clean driving license
- ability to drive the family’s automatic vehicle
- experience of working with children
- to deliver high standards of support to maximise the child’s participation and enjoyment of life
- to follow care plans and risk assessments
- to work sensitively and in tandem with her parents
- ability to support our client with homework
- a caring, respectful, professional approach with a willingness to uphold the child’s dignity
- a willingness to work with the client’s sibling and to work sensitivity within a family home
