**Join Our Team as a Marketing Executive**

Are you a methodical and super-efficient individual with a passion for marketing strategy? We're seeking a dynamic team player to support our marketing campaigns and strategy initiatives. As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our marketing calendar, planning campaigns, and identifying market opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a desire to delve into all aspects of marketing planning and insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the annual marketing calendar and planning documents.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to plan, deliver, and report on campaigns effectively.
- Identify traditional marketing opportunities and develop comprehensive campaign plans.
- Measure the performance of both online and offline campaigns.
- Utilize marketing frameworks to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Support the marketing manager in market research planning and agency management.
- Scout for media opportunities in various locations.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Assist in the creation and delivery of ad-hoc and quarterly campaigns.
- Roll out advertising opportunities to enhance brand presence in new areas.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation to execution.
- Reflect on completed campaigns, focusing on key learnings and next steps.
- Ensure successful delivery of area and out-of-home advertising.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a knack for documentation and process setup.
- Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand the "why" behind marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and adept at multitasking and time management.
- Willingness to support various tasks within the marketing team.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and functions.
- Sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Passion for market research and media planning.
- Experience in research projects and detailed reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Apprenticeship or degree in Marketing, Advertising, English Language/Literature, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
