**South Cambridgeshire/Hybrid - Customer Operations Engineer - £45k-£60k - SQL/Linux**

My client is a well-established market leader in the smart technologies market and specialise in product and systems design for the lighting industry amongst others. They are looking to recruit a Customer Operations Engineer with strong SQL and Linux knowledgeto join their team. You’ll be involved in the installation, configuration and support of telecom systems.

**Main Duties**:
+ Planning, installing and commissioning new systems

+ Radio system deployment and database and web software support

+ Training customers on the benefits and operation of the lighting control system.

+ Delivering excellent customer experience

+ Using LEAN and process improvement methodologies to deliver an efficient service

**Key Skills**:
+ Strong SQL knowledge

+ Linux administration

+ Database and web-based systems

+ Previous experiences working with CMS tools are also highly advantageous

**Salary/Location**:
+ The salary for this role will be circa £45k-£60k, however this may be negotiable depending on experience

+ This role is based in South Cambridgeshire, however the company operates a hybrid working model, allowing for 2 days remote working per week
