Manufacturing Systems Engineer

**South Cambridgeshire/Hybrid - Manufacturing Systems Engineer - £50k-£60k - SQL**

My client is a well-established market leader in the smart technologies market and specialise in product and systems design for the lighting industry amongst others. They are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Systems Engineer with strong SQL knowledge tojoin their team. You’ll be responsible for the systems which manufacture and dispatch company products

**Main Duties**:
+ Developing LEAN manufacturing systems and processes (SQL)

+ Owning inventory management, equipment calibration and visual inspection

+ Responsible for manufacturing system architecture

+ Commissioning and decommissioning production lines and test equipment

**Key skills**:
+ Strong SQL knowledge

+ Experienced in manufacturing environment

+ Hardware/electronics experience

+ Software knowledge very useful

+ Any wireless technology knowledge advantageous

**Salary/Location**:
+ The salary for this role will be circa £50k-£60k, however this may be negotiable depending on experience

+ This role is based in South Cambridgeshire, however the company operates a hybrid working model, allowing for 2 days remote working per week
