Wilson James are currently recruiting for a Welcome Host to join us at Heathrow Airport.

Working as a member of the Host team, you will effectively lead on a day-to-day basis the operation and management of the employees assigned to the shift following operational, quality, legislative and Company guidelines. Using your excellent customer services skills, you will ensure our customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Heathrow Airport.

**Other responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- To ensure you manage a team of Customer Care Agents to carry out their duties efficiently and competently.
- To communicate effectively between management and the teams on company, operational and training issues.
- Rotate between Landside and Airside duties and between Terminals, based on the need of the operation.
- Address agent's uniform standards.
- To initiate disciplinary action within the levels permitted in accordance with the procedure or recommend further action where appropriate.
- To support the operation where needed, including Buggy driving and other CCA duties, as directed by the management team.

**Benefits**
- £11.84 per hour
- 4 on, 2 off shift pattern, working any time 8 hours any time between 04:30 - 23:30.

***Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer service/ customer care environment.
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Basic general IT Skills
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' needs
- Able to work flexible shifts including early starts, late finishes, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous Airline &/or Airport experience is desired although not essential as full training will be provided.
