Transdev Airport Services are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess to join us at Heathrow Airport. Using your excellent customer service skills, you will ensure our customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Heathrow Airport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the gates
- Assist guests with directions to the terminals in the bus or on the coaching gates
- Be proactive and security conscious in reporting any unattended packages/parcels
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Assist in dealing with problems such as delays or disruptions
- Responsible for adhering to the relevant health and safety requirements and safe working practices applicable to you.

**Essential Skills**:

- Have a full 5 year employment history as this will be an airside role.
- Previous experience in a customer service/customer care environment.
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Basic general IT Skills
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity about visitors' needs
- Able to work flexible shifts including early starts, late finishes, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous Airline &/or Airport experience is desired although not essential as full training will be provided.

**Role**:

- £11.95 per hour
- 4 on, 2 off shift pattern, working 8 hours any time between 5am - 10:30pm.
- Airside

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hounslow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
