To work with the Manager of Student Services to provide an effective and comprehensive Student Services department at Newcastle College. To contribute to a comprehensive information, advice and guidance (IAG) service on the Newcastle College curriculum offer to all age groups.

To work collaboratively with internal departments to increase recruitment by developing positive relationships. To ensure that systems and operational processes are effectively developed, implemented, maintained.

**1)** To fully contribute to supporting the positive progression of all learners.
