**We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team.**

Previous experience in a similar automotive role is essential for this position.

**The successful applicant would be experienced with the following.**
- Communicating effectively over the phone & face to face.
- To be able to use ethical sales techniques to maximise sales
- Understanding vehicle components & explaining vehicle faults in a customer friendly way.
- Use of computers for garage management & parts systems.
- Liaising between technicians, parts department & customers.

We are based in Roade village 2 miles from J15 of the M1 with easy access from Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. **Postcode NN7 2NJ**

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
