**Are you a customer-oriented professional with previous experience in the automotive repair industry? We are currently looking for an experienced technically knowledgeable, sales-hungry Automotive Service Advisor to join our expanding company**

Your main responsibilities will be:
**Your main responsibilities as our Automotive Service Advisor will be**:

- Sitting at our front desk, you will feel confident acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to take bookings and provide timely updates
- Ensuring that our Autowork CRM is kept up to date and accurate
- Ordering and requesting quotes and keeping an inventory of parts from our third-party suppliers
- Issuing invoices and taking payments
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised service experiences
- Coordinating service schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and helping to maximise workshop efficiency
- Handling customer requests, resolving issues, and proactively addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty at all times
- Collaborating with technicians and other departments to ensure effective communication and the smoothest customer journey
- Have demonstrable experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the motor trade or aftersales market
- Boast technical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes parts and services
- Strong customer service focus, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity or previous experience of using Autowork online highly desirable
- Proactive with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- A passion for continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
- Be a team player

In terms of remuneration, you will receive £26,000 - £30,000 DOE plus a performance related bonus scheme.

Hours of work are 8:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am - 12:00 noon on Saturdays (on a rota basis.)

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
