**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the shop
- Complete staff rota's and inhouse training
- Ensure efficient production and timely delivery of food items
- Oversee food and drink preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and mentor staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production, culinary, or restaurant industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in bartending or hospitality industry

Pay: £12.08 per hour
