**Our Core purpose**:
Strolll exists to give people a new reality; that inspires them to believe in limitless human potential to overcome their most difficult rehabilitation challenges.

**Our Mission**:
Strolll is transforming the world of rehabilitation and physiotherapy with its state-of-the-art software, Reality DTx® for Augmented Reality (AR) glasses; with a focus on individuals living with neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease.

**Our Shared Objective**:
To build the most used rehabilitation software in the world.

**The Role**:
As the Product Owner at Strolll, you will own the crucial role of defining and realising the vision of our Reality DTx® Augmented Reality (AR) digital rehabilitation product. You will manage inputs from a wide number of stakeholders across users, clinicians, researchers, technologists, and internal business leaders to own, build and deliver upon a roadmap that will make Reality DTx® the most used rehabilitation software in the world.

You will be an integral member of our Product team, leading the design function to generate feature specifications and prototypes, whilst working in lockstep with the Engineering Director to deliver upon the features and requirements you have defined. Due to the nature of the solution, the role also requires you to form and own strong working relationships with Regulatory, Information Security, Science, Clinical Success, and Operations. Knowledge of ISO 13485 or product development processes for a software as a medical device is essential.

Given that our AR solution necessitates a controlled physical space for development, this role will be hybrid. You will need to be able travel to the company HQ in Stafford, West Midlands approximately 2 days per week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Product Vision**:Develop, articulate and take ownership of a clear and compelling product vision for Reality DTx® that aligns with Strolll’s overall business strategy and objectives.

- **Product Roadmap**:Develop, maintain, prioritise and communicate the product roadmap, outlining the strategic direction and key milestones for Reality DTx®.
- **Product Direction**:Take ownership of generating the product feature requirements and designs. Manage and direct the product design team to produce specifications (User needs, software requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and feature prototypes built upon a deep understanding of user and customer needs, competitive landscape, user research, and usability testing.
- **Documentation and Process Control**: Create and maintain product documentation for the product development process in accordance with IEC 62304, IEC 82304-1 and ISO 13485, conduct design reviews, and user manuals ensuring alignment with the product development and security lifecycle. Maintain Jira with updated stories, epics, and continuous review of user and stakeholder needs alongside software requirements. Ensure frequent communication with the regulatory department to maintain compliance, and to keep up with changing or new regulatory requirements.
- **Product Delivery**:Work closely with the Director of Engineering to translate feature designs and requirements into actionable initiatives and deliverables. Monitor progress towards roadmap milestones and key deliverables, enforcing accuracy to specification, identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- **Product Improvement**:Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance metrics and user feedback to gain insight into user needs and pain points. Derive and drive the changes required to elevate the product, ensuring a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in product manager or owner roles covering bespoke software product development with a track record of successfully driving product delivery and continuous improvements.
- Experience or exposure to software product development as a medical device regulated under IEC 62304, IEC 82304-1 and ISO 13485.
