**Construction Administrator**

R G Carter Cambridge are looking to recruit a Construction Administrator to join our successful team at our RAF Lakenheath Office. As an integral part of the operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out administrator and Analysis duties on various projects and some escort duties.

Full training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Ordering new office and site equipment, including stationary
- Responding to questions and requests for information from the team.
- Creating Site Packs for new projects.
- Management of the Project Management System (Foundations) in accordance with our administration document control procedures, including the publishing of documents/DLM-Drawings, files, and setting up projects/users as required.
- Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams with day-to-day administration assistance.
- Supporting & organising staff training, meetings, Office requirements and events.
- Assist with Key Performance Indicator monitoring and reporting.
- Escorting our supply chain onto base and to relevant sites.
- Full driving licence is required.
- Existing working experience of Project Management Systems preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Ideally with construction experience although other sectors would be considered
- A good understanding of IT
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation skills
