**Aftersales Supervisor**

**Wakefield**

**Hours - 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 with two days off on a rota'd basis - **Hours will consist of days, evenings and weekends**

**£27,000 per annum + bonus OTE £33,000**

We are delighted to be supporting our client with their search for an Aftersales Supervisor. This is a great role for a customer focused individual who thrives on providing their customers with an exceptional experience. You will be joining a leading UKautomotive organisation who are known for providing a world class customer experience.

A inspiring leader of people you will be responsible for driving forward and delivering an exceptional service.

**The role**:

- Ensuring that your team and supporting the wider business in delivering first class service
- Responsible for organising your team, ensuring that they are organised and prepared for their customer appointments
- Providing front of house support to customers when required
- Acting as a point of escalation for customers as and when required
- Leading a team of Aftersales advisors, responsible for providing training, coaching and identifying any learning and or development opportunities
- Completing regular 1-2-1s
- Providing support for the Service Centre, in the absence of the Service Manager
- Responsible for maintaining and auditing invoices to ensure that they are accurate alongside customer details
- Working closely with the Service manager to reduce costs whilst not compromising on service
- Management of loan vehicles
- Maintaining accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system and managing outstanding issues that require resolution in line with the Company’s customer complaints procedure, escalating customer concerns where required.
- Ensuring that job cards are raised accurately with a full description entered for the required diagnosis / work.
- Ensuring all customers receive regular, proactive and accurate updates.
- A full valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role as you will be required to move vehicles around site
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team
- You will have the ability to build positive and lasting relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- You will have excellent customer service skills.
