**About the Role**

Due to internal progression, we have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Co-ordinator to join our Executive Education team. You will support the team with all aspects of programme administration, from preparation through to delivery and evaluation, ensuring that our high standards are delivered and maintained at all times.

**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. May include some occasional weekend working.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,300 per annum

**Key responsibilities**
- To assist with the programme planning and organisation of both open enrolment and customised Executive Education programmes for senior leaders from global organisations.
- To have specific responsibility for administrative and logístical tasks supporting the overall programme objectives and outcomes.
- To participate in client and internal meetings, as required, to clarify course requirements and operational details, ensuring these are appropriately communicated and organised.
- To ensure that all materials are prepared for programmes, events, and projects, and that they are accurate, comply with corporate brand guidelines and are collated and distributed accordingly.
- To assist with the organisation and management of all activities both on and off site whilst the client is in Cambridge, ensuring the highest quality of service is consistently delivered.
- To source, engage and manage external suppliers and speakers, as required, for specified projects and other support services required in the delivery of programmes.
- To maintain precise and up to date records for educational programmes to ensure work is delivered in a timely manner, using the agreed software systems and processes in place e.g. purchase orders, conference systems, calendars etc.
- To assist with the development and distribution of participant feedback questionnaires to assess the short and long-term impact of learning and analyse results to make continuous improvements.
- To ensure the necessary administration (papers, minute taking, meetings) is completed in line with the requirements for programme and feedback approval for the Education Standards Committee.
- Customise programme content for our online learning platform, Møller Online and ensure sites are up to date.
- Provide administrative support to overseas travel, manage bookings and itinerary

You will be an organised administrator, possessing a high level of attention to detail, who is a team player and can support (and become a key part of) a busy team whilst achieving your own objectives and shared team objectives.
