**What will you undertake as a Workshop Controller?**
- Overseeing all workshop activity, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard and on time.
- Prioritising customer satisfaction in all tasks; planning and organising workflows with the customer as a focus.
- Ensuring maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams.
- Driving towards strong financial performance and strategizing to streamline operations.
- Liasing with vehicle damage assessors, working to ensure profitability.
- Working closely with vehicle assessment and parts teams.
- Conducting training, leading the workshop team to bring new staff and apprentices up to the high-quality standards that you’ll be maintaining.
- Setting Health and Safety standards and guiding everyone’s compliance to them.
- Carrying out quality inspections.
- Reviewing staff performance.

- Qualifications in Vehicle Testing.
- Previous Technical Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £54,000.00 per year
