Stockton Hall Hospital is a medium secure 112 bedded unit spanning over 7 wards, caring for people with mental illness, personality disorders and learning disabilities.

An exciting opportunity for someone to join Stockton Hall, HR team as a HR Administrator.
- To work well under pressure
- Is able to multi task between job lists with effective time management and task prioritisation skills
- Approachable and confident in communicating effectively with a wide range of functions including Psychiatrists, Maintenance Teams, other administrator functions etc
- Proactive and self-motivated in managing your own workload, alongside the full support from your HR lead.

In a general week, this role will cover three main areas of responsibility
- Recruitment: overseeing recruitment efforts on a site level from organising interviews to supporting the Onboarding team with pre-employment checks
- Site-learning administration: supporting the Quality and Compliance lead and site managers with monitoring mandatory training compliance across the site through and facilitating booking staff onto key training sessions
- HR administration: supporting the HR co-ordinator with the timely processing and documentation of employee paperwork (e.g. reference requests, probation documentation, return to work documentation, processing DBS, etc)

This role is a Monday to Friday vacancy with expectations of working the core office hours of 10am-3pm, however the start and end times are flexible on a daily basis depending on your needs. We ask you complete your contracted hours within a two week period.

All training is via an online Academy and from one to one training throughout from your HR lead.

You will have your desk in a shared office with the HR lead, so they are on hand to support you along the training process and beyond.
