A vacancy has arisen for an Examinations Assistant on the Alton campus.
Hours: permanent, full time - 37 hours per week/52 weeks per year

The role will be responsible for:
Processing exam registrations and claims
Administering certificates
Liaison with students, parents, staff and awarding bodies, providing excellent customer service
Booking invigilators and arranging exam rooms
Supporting the Examinations Officer with various administrative duties
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a college environment and be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and methodical approach to their work, together with good IT and organisational skills. The post holder will be required to work some evenings and to undertake additional hours during busy exam periods.
