**About us**

Newly refurbished Chelmer Village Dental is an established NHS and Private Dental practice in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford. We have an excellent team of dentists, hygienists, nurses, and reception staff. We have state of the art surgeries and scanning equipment.

We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist to join our team. This is a 2-3 day a week position. Applicants must have experience working in dentistry. We are a fully computerised practice, using Software of Excellence EXACT software, and Clinipads for medical history, treatment plans, FP17s etc.

We are looking for someone who has excellence communication skills, great telephone manner, organisational skills, someone who is reliable and punctual.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- General dental reception duties
- Booking and amending appointments
- Greeting patients as they arrive and scheduling appointments
- Updating and maintaining dental records on SOE Exact software
- Taking payments, answering the telephone, updating patient records

**Skills & Requirements**
- Working knowledge of SOE Exact
- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Well organised
- Punctual

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
