**The role**

As a Right to Buy (RTB) Co-ordinator, you'll need to be:
In a diverse and varied role, your duties will include but are not limited to:
explaining the process to customers and obtaining all relevant information required
- Having an awareness of fraudulent claims, escalating to Management for review
- Liaising with colleagues in other departments and other Housing Providers to obtain the necessary supporting information

This role requires a certain level of flexibility. A typical week will see you working at home, in the office and out and about in the community, visiting residents at their properties and other locations. You'll be active in delivering our vision for a high-quality service for residents.

Organised with an attention to detail, you thrive in a customer facing professional environment. Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills will play a vital part in your success in this role.

You'll have the confidence and capacity to:

- Deal with a variety of scenarios on a day-to-day basis
- Be an excellent negotiator
- Understand the RTB process

You'll be someone who takes ownership over your work, a self-motivator who finds reward in achieving great results.
