We’re recruiting on behalf of a top International commercial outfit who are looking for a junior to join their corporate team in Leeds.

The role will focus on Mergers and Acquisition work (M&A), private equity, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a well-established team; who are well renowned for internal development to encourage their top talent to progress quickly through the ranks, so be assured that a clear route of your career is somethingvery transparent from the start.

The firm is also a strong advocate for flexible and remote working andthey are happy to consider flexibility in order help you balance your work and home life.
- Academically sound gaining a 2:1 at degree level
- Qualified lawyer ideally has completed a seat in corporate in a commercial firm or in-house legal team.
- Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for business development.
- A strong client focus and a real team player.
- Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
