An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with 2+ PQE to join our client's nationally established team. They are an award-winning law firm, respected throughout the UK for their comprehensive range of legal services, and especially known for their work in corporate transactional matters. They have an active presence in Leeds and offer the flexibility to work from multiple offices.

In this role, you'll enjoy a diverse and substantial caseload, corporate transactional support, and company law advisory work. You will work closely with owner-managed businesses, private and public companies, and public sector bodies. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to engage in business development and help grow the company.

Your proven background in all aspects of private M&A transactions, high-level commercial awareness, strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills will be key in this role. You must be conscientious, self-motivated, and able to work on autonomously as well as being a strong team player.
