**Support Worker in March, PE15**:
**£13 per hour rising to £14 after probation period**:
**Up to 18 hours per week, may suit a job share.**:
I am a 60 year old lady with a number of health issues which make me feel isolated. It is important to me to have regular and reliable support workers.

**Main duties**

I need help with personal care tasks. To prepare meals and drinks. Support with everyday chores. Maintaining a clean domestic environment. Some shopping and to escort/drive me to hospital appointments.

**Hours and Pay**

£13 per hour rising to £14 per hour after probation period. 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (pro rata) Casual or contracted hours up to 18 hours per week. This may suit a job share.

**The person I would like**

Someone who enjoys being active, who has the skills to give me support with building my confidence/self esteem and promoting my independence. Some knowledge and experience of working with people with health issues. You should be able to work flexible hours and be a good communicator and also possess the motivation to develop trust and understanding in the role. Be hard working, reliable, committed, honest and trustworthy with a cheerful sense of humour.
