**Your new role**:
**Salary: £25,000**

**Requirements**:
**Key accountabilities/ responsibilities**:

- Manage and guide our new colleagues seamlessly through our onboarding journey
- Ensure all regulatory and company compliance standards are met for all colleagues (including but not limited to: pre-employment checks, mandatory training and employment references)
- Regularly monitor the ongoing compliance of our colleagues, including the verification of documents, ensuring to follow up as necessary, escalating any non-compliant colleagues
- To liaise with the Payroll team ensuring all relevant information is passed over in line with the payroll process, ahead of the monthly deadline for timely processing
- Support with the completion of ad-hoc and periodic data departmental audits
- To undertake any other duties which may be requested by the management team

**Ongoing/Long-Term Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for our colleagues, and to effectively manage all people related queries, following the route to escalation as necessary
- Monitor, prepare and inform colleagues of any contractual changes, ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner
- Take ownership of offboarding colleagues as required, in line with the company disengagement process
- To represent the People Operations team within cross-departmental meetings, assisting with agendas and recording minutes as required
- Supporting the People Operations team with any change management initiatives and to assist with process or policy updates
- To provide managers/lead clinicians with support and assistance with cases of performance management
- To assist with departmental reporting requirements ensuring accuracy within the data reported
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed procedures and making suggestions for improvements
- Providing assistance and being actively involved in various People related projects as they arise

**Person Specification**
- Excellent attention to detail and able to use initiative
- Ability to prioritise, respond flexibly to change, plan, schedule and monitor own work
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Supports and work towards team objectives; actively build relationships with all stakeholders
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Able to work on several projects at the same time and prioritise effectively
- Good general business acumen (preferable experience in data-rich analysis-driven organizations)
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn
