**SERVICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR**
Rygor Auto: Westbury
From £24,500
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 and Saturday 1 in 4 8:00 - 13:00
*** Your Role**
At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experience service support administrator, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to their role.
You will approach this role with a commercial mind and will work effectively with our service team to ensure a smooth process.
**Day to day you will be**:
- Using Truckfile and contacting customer to book in vehicle
- Supporting HGV MOT bookings
- Maximising available hours to ensure sold hours targets are achieved.
- Promote other services and products to customers as appropriate.
- Process completed job cards, through to Pro-forma to obtain final purchase order numbers for account customers or final payment for cash customers,
- Support Service Manager with additional administrative and reporting tasks to enable efficient running of the department
- Support Service Advisors in event of holidays or sickness to provide a customer facing presence for the department
- Carry out verification of supplier invoices, ensuring the correct purchase order numbers are quoted by the supplier for accurate allocation of cost
- Ensure that all administration relevant to effective running of the department is dealt with promptly and correctly within the following guidelines:
- Work in progress. Nothing over one month old without acceptable explanation
- Account queries. All queries resolved within 48 hours of issue.
