**RESTART ROLE - Team Leader**

Prospect Training Services (PTS) is one of the region’s leading providers who support young people and adults who are looking to either re-join or engage with the employment market for the first time.

This role will form part of the RESTART Programme which provides intensive and tailored support to unemployed people in England and Wales and help them find work.

This is a rewarding role that will allow you to utilise your current skills to influence, support and encourages others to build a future.

You will relish the opportunity and challenge of working towards robust contractual targets and KPIS for your role on this performance driven contract.

The RESTART scheme is open to people who have been out of work for more than 6-months, and will provide them with regular intensive support in finding work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet, and strive to exceed, personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).
- Lead, inspire, motivate and coach a team of Employment Coaches to achieve the team and individual targets.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximise job opportunities, i.e. federation of small businesses, chamber of commerce, JCP partnership managers
- Drive a high-performance culture in line with our vision and values.
- Facilitate high frequency engagement activities with the team you are leading, via daily huddle calls, weekly reviews, monthly team meetings and monthly caseload reviews.
- To support the team of Employment Advisors to manage complex customers and deal with any customer complaints or concerns they may have about their participation in the Restart scheme
- Deliver a positive experience to all customers participating in the scheme, ensuring they positively engage with the service.
- Ensure the scheme has a range of progressive activities and techniques, consistently deployed, for customers to benefit from.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- **A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations**
- **Previous leadership/management experience and demonstrable record for leading successful teams.**:

- **Performance driven and can drive a high performance culture.**:

- **Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.**

**- Full driving licence and own transport to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required.**

Desirable
- Knowledge of the employability industry and/or knowledge of the recruitment industry

**Additional Information**
- **Salary**: Up to £30,000 per annum
- **Location**: Gloucestershire. This role will serve the community across the wider Gloucestershire area so a good geographical understanding is required.
- **Benefits**: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, health cash plan on successful completion of probationary period
- **Hours**: 37.5 hrs per week - 8:45amam - 16:45pm Monday
- Friday (Full Time)
- **Closing Date**: Midnight on 4th June 2024
