Taxi Dispatcher

Happicabs is a leading Essex-based taxi company operating in Chelmsford, Maldon, Witham, and South Woodham Farers. We are seeking an experienced Taxi Dispatcher to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional level of service.

**Shift & Location Requirements**
- Weekday shifts (Mon-Thu) start and end between 9am and 2am
- Saturday's start and end between 5am and 5pm
- Sunday's start and end between 5am and 5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch taxis to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor taxi locations using GPS tracking systems
- Ensure effective communication between drivers and customers
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatch process
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches and customer requests
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills
