About us:
Truflame is a family run business established in 1968. For the last 18 years Truflame have resided in a purpose built development in the heart of Sheffield’s prominent industrial hamlet on Newhall Road. We supply gas cutting and welding equipment and consumables in the UK and internationally. Here at Truflame, we boast a dedicated service center for repair, calibration and service of all manner of welding equipment and associated products.

We are now looking for another member to join our team as office administrator.

Main Duties:

- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Inputting purchase orders onto the system/making amendments
- Filing, scanning, archiving
- Quoting new and existing customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be computer literate
- Experience in administration preferred but not essential

**Job Type**: Full Time, Monday-Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: From £20,800.00 per year
