**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **HR Administrative Support**: Maintain and update company databases, records, and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- **Business Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- **Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**: Provide support with travel itineraries, transportation, and accommodation for directors.
- **Ad hoc Tasks**: Undertake additional administrative tasks when requested, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to company-wide initiatives.

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator role
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
- Previous experience of being involved in the recruitment process
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified & Safer Recruitment trained
