Installations Coordinator

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Installations Administrator to join their expanding team

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Process & procure orders on Sap for company products
- Administrate scheduling of product delivery.
- Seek opportunities to consolidate and to decrease transportations costs
- Create local installations folders to hold all relevant documentation
- Administrate itineraries for installation of equipment, ensuring full liaison with customers, installation engineers, internal projects department and field sales accordingly
- Support the Installation Team Leaders ensuring that the installation engineers have all the documentation in order to complete the installation first time, including liaison with sub-contractors for completion of structural works outside of our scope
- Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding product lead times and availability along with delivery timescales and manage customer expectations of the delivery process
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently and take appropriate action to close the enquiry in a timely fashion
- Responsible for customer relationships and support, acting as a channel for communication for all areas of the business with focus on sales operations team, field sales team and installation engineers
- Complete Health & Safety packs
- Invoice & collate all paperwork for the customer
- Perform any other reasonable task as required

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

- Computer literate and be able to work with all Microsoft package
- Previous experience in a Planning & Logistics environment desirable
- An effective communicator used to dealing with internal teams as well as external customers
- Attention to detail and the ability to organise work load
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential - training can be given
- Ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines

Personal qualities:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A great team player

Hours of work will be 37.5 hr a week - Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm
Salary will start on 24k per annum
