Daw Signs is a manufacturing business situated in Port Dundas, just outside of Glasgow City Centre.

We are currently expanding our team and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team.

The role is Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities including:

- Processing purchase/sales invoices
- Running weekly payroll
- VAT reconciliations and submission
- Liaising with the sales team to deal with customer queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Provide support to other members of the Finance Team where required.
- Ability to manage own workload and work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can do attitude
- The ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Xero
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The role will be reporting directly to the Financial Director.

**Salary**: £22,742.00-£26,000.00 per year
