Evolve is recruiting for a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation, who are seeking an experienced and tenacious individual to join their team as a Healthcare Development Manager.

You will be responsible for managing relationships within Primary Care and at Payor level throughout the Wales territory.

**Ideal Requirement for the Healthcare Development Manager**
- Experienced in managing relationships with Primary Care, Payors, CCGs and Health Boards.
- Ophthalmology experience is preferred, but not essential.
- ABPI qualified.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Role Responsibilities for the Healthcare Development Manager**
- Understand local NHS goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships, positioning the business as the partner of choice.
- Proactively develop and implement plans for sustainable and long-term formulary inclusion which drive sales revenue growth.
- Uses an effective network to build business relationships with relevant key NHS opinion leaders across the assigned geography.
- Provide training, product trials and value propositions to key customers to ensure they have the relevant clinical and financial information
- Conduct sales calls both F2F and remotely with customers across Primary Care and other healthcare institutions within the NHS, including CCGs, STPs, Federations, ICN’s and PCNs
