**Requirements**:

- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Experience in customer service/sales would be valuable
- Preferably 5 GCSE’s (A-C) or equivalent/predicted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
