Insight Employment are seeking an Administrator to work for a local company of ours in Milton Keynes to support the estates team.

**The Role: -**
- This role which will support the Acquisitions & Estates team. The role will ensure that the team has full support across all administrative processes. The person will work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure the necessary assistanceto the business development team is given and Estate functions are carried out in a professional manner
- To provide administrative support to both the Estates and Acquisitions team, with a view improving effectiveness and efficiency for the Business Development Department. The successful will be focussed and passionate about getting things right first timeand implementing data and system in a timely and accurate manner
- Ideally Milton Keynes based as they will be working from the office mostly

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Completing new Supplier setup on the system and updating any other estate changes e.g. change of Landlord, new rent payment details etc
- Processing landlord’s annual building insurance & periodic service charge recharge invoices
- Forwarding on associated legal documentation to Franchisees when required
- Co-ordinating building (Store) Inspections, access for contractors or representatives of the landlords
- Contacting suppliers/utility companies to update payment details for Franchisee’s
- Liaising with Local Authorities to undertake change of tenancy details for Business Rates matters.
- Update and upkeep of Estates Master database.
- Forwarding on invoices or other notifications to Franchisee’s for their attention
- Dealing with landlords’ request to provide compliance information
- 'Share point’ - Uploading relevant documentation to our cloud-based data storage system.
- Collation of legal documents relating to estate changes
- Assist Acquisitions team in compiling information on Site Approval Presentations.
- Liaise with Finance re. completion monies
- Compile documentation for underlease renewals.

Between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
