This is a fantastic opportunity to join the investment marketing team at Quilter. We are responsible for the marketing of the Quilter investment proposition - creating and managing the content and collateral used across Quilter.

You will be using your skills to help demonstrate how Quilter helps advisers deliver an exceptional customer experience and makes their businesses more efficient.

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

You will be primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of Quilter’s due diligence services to help win new business and retain existing assets. This will include completion of Requests for Information (RFI) and other information requests; the positioning of Quilter’s investment solutions with third party research tools, ratings, and award agencies; and the management of due diligence literature.

With support from your manager and consultation with a range of key stakeholders you will be prioritising your workload to manage demand and ensure we focus on the highest-value marketing activities.

You will develop strong relationships with other teams from across Quilter to ensure the team’s marketing activity is aligned and supportive of business plans. These teams include Product, Distribution, Risk and Compliance, Finance, and Operations.

You will be focused on continuous improvement by measuring effectiveness of activities and adopting a test, learn, and refine approach.

You will be incorporating behavioural science principles into your work, and this will include engaging with behavioural science experts, Cowry Consulting, where appropriate.

You will be working closely with the wider Marketing and Behavioural Science team, to ensure that marketing activities are aligned, there is a consistency of messaging, and duplication of effort is minimised.

You will need to ensure that your marketing activities follow the appropriate review and sign-off process to ensure they are compliant to meet our regulatory obligations.

A knowledge of financial planning and investments is important in this role as you will need to interact with and interpret the views of a range of key stakeholders.

You will need to be a good team player that wants to proactively support other members of the team and wider stakeholders.

Your influencing skills will be vital as you will be supporting the creation of marketing campaigns that must meet the needs of different business areas who each have slightly different business goals and views.

The ability to think creatively is essential. An inquisitive mindset and the ability to think differently is necessary for our marketing campaigns to be affective and help us stand out from the crowd.

Some behavioural science knowledge is preferable, although not essential, as training will be given. Your role is to influence behaviour in a positive way, so being or wanting to become a behavioural science champion is important.

You will need to have attention to detail and awareness of financial services regulations, as you will be producing marketing collateral that needs to be accurate and compliant.

You must be able to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
