The post holder will be responsible for implementing key elements of the Citizen’s in Policing agenda to develop and enhance volunteering in Cleveland Police. Working with key stakeholders you will create sustained volunteering opportunities and career pathways which attract a diverse range of volunteers with varying skills and experience from across the communities of Cleveland. You will be able to develop the Citizen’s in Policing Programme ensuring a focus on service improvements which supports all policing activities, encourages diverse community participation and contributes to delivering the best service to local communities.
