**Support Hub Specialist Domestic Abuse Practitioner (SDAP) 12 month contract**

30 hours per week

£25,000.00 - £28,000.00

**Do you feel passionate about ‘Ending Domestic Abuse Now’ in Lincolnshire?**

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated team here at EDAN Lincs, to support individuals/families who have been affected by domestic abuse.

The role requires receiving all point of entry queries into the service via the telephone and online chat from members of the public and professionals. The role also requires assessing and triaging referrals into our outreach service and providing crisis intervention and safety planning. The role can be varied, dynamic and fast-paced, and requires a good level of communication and able to build rapport quickly. Relevant experience or knowledge around domestic abuse is desirable. NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience if required.

As an organisation the wellbeing of staff is important to us, and new workers are given extensive training and induction programme, along with regular supervision which is provided to all staff and regular team meeting to ensure staff feel connected to their team.
