**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
As an integral part of Supply Chain organisation provides a total procurement, warehousing and distribution service. This supports pre-volume builds and test and development activities for the Jaguar Land Rover business. PPPM currently have locations at Whitely, Gaydon, Castle Bromwich and a Pilot Plant Facility at DC7 Ryton.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Leading a Team of Hourly in the receipt, location, picking and issuing of Prototype Material, to Plan; you will support Material Supply and Programme Reviews with updated metrics / status, as required. You role will see you work with Suppliers - Internal and External - to develop working relationships that deliver to plan.

You will Prepare and Maintain accurate KPI Metrics supporting departmental objectives and Inventory Stock Control. You will ensure Workload Plans from the Jaguar Land Rover Cycle Plan are communicate to the team and Maintain ISO SHARP Levels in Prototype Stores.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
We are looking for an experienced, agile and strong leader with a proven track record of successfully setting and achieving targets and leading teams with the motivation to deliver effective output and unity of purpose, while influencing and effectively managing the expectations of key stakeholders. Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry (preferred)

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- In this key role you’ll need strong credentials. You’ll employ your initiative, analytical skills and leadership abilities to keep our prototype stores operation operating at a world-class level.
- A strong relationship-builder of multiple stakeholders with the ability to engender unity of purpose to drive and achieve targets and objectives
- A skilled communicator with proven people management skills possessing the ability to inspire and influence at all levels, including trade union working relations and a customer focussed approach.
- Highly self-motivated and assertive, able to demonstrate confident negotiation, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure, while managing changing priorities.
- Possess strong IT skills, with the ability to present complex data to inform decision making.
