Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Housing Administrator, for a public housing association based in North Yorkshire for a temporary contract.
**Responsibilities of the Housing Administrator include**:
- Supporting the maintenance, update and analysis of the property related databases, and registers
- Contract support and administration duties for the maintenance team
- Delivering high quality, cost effective, customer focused services
- Working as a team to achieve targets, KPIs and objectives, including the generation of key and management performance information
- Deliver administration and support functions within the team including raising purchase orders and processing invoices,
- Arranging agendas and taking minutes
**The successful Housing Administrator will have**:
- Administration background
- Competent in Microsoft programmes i.e., excel and Microsoft
- Full UK Driving Licence / Able to work in the office
