**Designation - Supply Chain Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- B2C Order Management from start to finish, processing orders in SAP, sending order acknowledgments, confirmations, delivery tracking, and invoicing.
- B2D & B2B Order Management.
- General team administration support and backup.
- Minute taker in meetings.
- Order Tracker and Generics Allocation Tracker are up to date and sharing.
- Back up to Supply Chain Manager/Logistic Manager during holiday cover.
- Continuous development of the Supply Chain controls and procedures.
- Other projects as requested by the Supply Chain Manager.

**Skills required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset.

**Salary Banding**: £18k - £30k per annum.

**Role details**:

- Hybrid role based in the Windsor office.
- Permanent, full-time position.

Pay: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
