- **Head of Construction with a potential of becoming a Construction Director in 12 months based on evidence lead delivery.**
- **Take the lead of Construction delivery arm and grow with clear plan, demonstrate how?**
- **Recruit & train staff into Maple People Ethos - demonstrate how?**

- **Financially literate with proven record of budgets, pricing projects and delivering profits.**

**Employment terms**:

- **4 stage recruitment process**
- **6-month probation**
- **Annual profit-based bonus**
- **Commission paid on project brought in 2-4.5%**

**Introduction**

This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in construction (particularly commercial interiors in the UK) to lead the development of the entire construction process, team, project management, and delivery.

Our developmental roadmap defines our path to becoming a unique and market-leading construction company, and the successful person will be expected to follow this roadmap while adding their creative recommendations.

The nature of this role demands personal drive and commitment. It is more than just a job. We expect the role to develop the construction arm, set precedence in the business, and recruit more roles to further our vision.

**Short description**:

- **Contract**:PAYE, full-time, (no working from home)
- **Location**:Operating from Old Street, London, on-site central London, Full-time role.
- **Salary**:£100k +/- (negotiable based on skills and attributes)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the growth of Maple People construction arm.
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously - this is vital
- Project and site management as of when required.
- Recruit construction staff, project managers, and contractors.
- Refine and implement business growth plans agreed with CEO.
- Contribute towards Upcycling materials including logistics and pricing.
- Contribute to building internal software (innovation) to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate project bids and manage pre-construction processes in conjunction with CEO.
- Project manage multiple projects to demonstrate your experience.
- Pricing projects for tenders, and managing commercials during projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high (Maple) standard, on time, and budget.
